;ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The school welcomes qualified students who would come to study and cooperate with its fundamental standards.
The following are the basic requirements for admission:
1. New non-SDA students and whose parents are non-SDA are required to pass an entrance examination if his/her general average is below 80%. Entrance examination fee is One hundred pesos (P100.00)
2. If student would be a villager, he/she should be with his/her parent/s or with an authorize guardian approved by the school and with authorization from parents.
3. Qualified students should register on specified registration period, otherwise, they will be charged a “late registration fee” of one hundred pesos (P100.00).
4. Qualified new students should present his/her non-cancelled report card (Form 138) or its equivalent with eligibility certificate indicated. He/She must submit Certification of Good Moral Conduct signed by the the authorized school official of the last school attended.
5. Qualified new students should pay an “Admission fee” of one hundred pesos (P100.00). |
